Consumer rights
If you are a consumer in New Zealand, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 may apply to goods and services we supply. This policy works alongside those rights and does not limit remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Eligibility
Refund requests are reviewed when a product is faulty, not as described, or when a cooling-off period applies to a specific offer clearly stated at checkout. Change-of-mind returns may be offered where explicitly stated on the purchase page.

Timelines
We aim to acknowledge refund requests within five business days. Assessment may require additional information. Where a refund is approved, processing typically occurs within ten business days using the original payment method where possible.
Returns shipping
Where a return of physical goods is required, we will provide instructions. Unless the item is faulty or we agree otherwise, return shipping may be your responsibility as permitted by law.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue efficiently. Unfounded chargebacks may delay support and can be disputed with evidence of delivery or agreement.
